greenville town common playground construction begins
Earlier this week, the design team conducted a charrette for the Town Common project in Greenville, NC . Construction is beginning soon on the project’s first phase, the playground, and Ron and Qiaojue grabbed a picture with the new signage. We are looking forward to seeing the playground take shape and creating a fun space for the community to enjoy.
Sandy Springs City-Wide Open House

Fredericksburg Riverfront Park unanimously approved by City Council
On July 12th Fredericksburg City Council unanimously approved the schematic design for the Riverfront Park. With this approval Rhodeside & Harwell has been authorized to advance the design into construction documentation. The design will create a signature four-acre waterfront park in Fredericksburg’s Historic downtown along the banks of the Rappahannock River. Look here for more about the project: Riverfront Park

construction update – Braddock Lofts Courtyard
RHI’s redesign for a residential courtyard in Alexandria is beginning to take shape. Planting in a Post-Wild World awarded an AHS 2016 Book Award
Congratulations to RHI Principal Thomas Rainer, who was recently awarded an American Horticultural Society (AHS) 2016 Book Award for ‘Planting in a Post-Wild World’.
