North Claymont Area Master Plan

RHI worked with a set of state and regional agencies and the Claymont community to develop a master plan for a 900 plus acre site. The final vision for North Claymont is one of a future that contains a mix of uses in a multimodal, livable environment providing a framework that welcomes growth in the form of new businesses and new residents. The project enhances the environment and quality of life for the people who are already living, working, and providing jobs and amenities in the area while attracting new opportunities to the area.
