3550 Commonwealth Park master plan underway

In partnership with Rebuilding Together Alexandria and Alexandria’s PARKnership program, a master plan for 3550 Commonwealth is underway!  This plan evolves a 2015 plan for a vacant lot adjacent to the Chick Armstrong Recreation Center, and includes games tables, open play space, natural play, and trike path.
