Morgantown Comprehensive Plan Update

With a strong, diverse economy, the Morgantown region is poised for continued growth, adding pressure to existing infrastructure and development challenges. As such, Morgantown is at a critical crossroads for determining how the city will brand and evolve over the next 10-years. RHI is leading a team of planners and economists to work with City residents to update the current Comprehensive Plan to manage growth sustainably and equitably. Recommendations will include updating the current Comprehensive Plan's eight elements, including the Future Land Use Map. In addition, the RHI team will develop recommendations for three urban focus areas that will serve as economic catalysts and community anchors.
