Capital Gallery

The site, at a busy D.C. intersection, once hosted three office buildings, a collection of retail shops, and a popular Metro station entrance. Through the course of an extensive renovation, RHI took the opportunity to create a vibrant and dynamic plaza providing for a unique and unified green space. The plaza is sculptural with granite seat walls and extensive planting complete with on-site stormwater bio-retention ensuring the site is both beautiful and resilient.
