Dominic is an urban planner and housing pathfinder who thinks analytically to create equitable and tangible outcomes. He has experience in both planning and real estate, which he approaches with a strong dedication to inclusivity and amplifying the voices of residents. Dominic has worked on projects with an emphasis on preserving housing affordability, zoning reform, comprehensive planning, and transit. Throughout this experience, Dominic has developed a specialization in small area plans and an appreciation for how collaborative neighborhood planning shapes an area’s development.
Dominic received a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and worked closely during his time in Charlottesville on anti-displacement work with historically marginalized communities. In his time at RHI, Dominic has developed a systematic approach to analyzing issues and opportunities within existing conditions and community engagement feedback to develop innovative recommendations surrounding land use, environment, and transportation.
