Amanda joined RHI as a landscape designer after earning her Masters in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech’s Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center. Prior to joining RHI, Amanda worked as a senior program manager for an environmental engineering and consulting firm. Amanda offers a diverse educational background and a broad range of professional experiences in planning, design, engineering, and communication. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a registered Project Management Professional (PMP). Amanda’s designs seek to foster social connection through equitable and inclusionary interventions grounded in respect and compassion. In 2019, she was awarded the ASLA Potomac Chapter Honor Award for her graduate work.
